# Project Manager: complete full-stack ebook

Create your own project with `flaxon new project_manager`, then build the entire
application in order. Every lesson includes precise CREATE/EDIT/REPLACE instructions, code, recording notes, commands, verification,
common errors and an exercise. Use Python 3.12 and the pinned course dependencies.
This edition uses published Flaxon 0.3.0 and Teloce-Py 0.3.0. Follow the release requirements in chapter 1; historical preview wheels are not required.

Use scoped CSS in Teloce `.html` components, automatic signal helper imports,
`data-teloce-link` navigation, explicit Flaxon modules, `settings.py`, `models.py`,
Python migrations and `management.py`. Backend-only guides remain in the main
documentation. These chapters adapt the maintained course book for the published 0.3.0 release.

Chapter 16 adds the optional PWA plugin: generated icons, production registration,
offline navigation fallback, explicit updates, and browser checks. It does not
cache private API/Admin responses or queue writes while offline.
